はじめに
東京ディズニーランドといえば、昨今日本ではチケットがついに１万円超えでの価格上昇が話題になりましたが、世界中で一番安いと言われており、円安で来日した外国人観光客がセットで訪れる場所。つまり混みます。
私たちは4月末、ゴールデンウィークの始まる前に初子連れで行く際混雑を避けるため下調べしていきましたら、大成功！１２のアトラクション、２つのショー、２つレストラン、１つパレードまで見れて、しかもほぼ10分待ち以下。
子供達はキラキラ笑顔で大喜び、大人もアトラクションにもたくさん乗れて最高な1日になりました。乳幼児を連れていく人行くに役立つように、私目線でまとめます。
Dオタ（ディズニーオタクをこう呼ぶそう）ではないですが、先人のブログや動画を受験勉強並みに見たのでw、我ながら初心者用にまとまってると思います。長いので前編後編に分けました、どうぞ！
When it comes to Tokyo Disneyland, there has been a lot of buzz in Japan recently about ticket prices finally exceeding 10,000 yen. However, it’s still considered the cheapest Disneyland in the world, and with the weak yen, it’s a popular destination for foreign tourists visiting Japan, which means it can get very crowded.
We visited at the end of April, and I did extensive research to avoid the crowds on our first trip with children. It was a great success! We managed to experience 12 attractions, 2 shows, 2 restaurants, and 1 parade, with almost all wait times being less than 10 minutes.
The kids were beaming with joy, and the adults also had a fantastic day with plenty of attractions. To help others planning to take their little ones, I’ve compiled a summary from my perspective.
I’m not a Disney fanatic (referred to as “D-ota” in Japan), but I studied blogs and videos as intensely as if I were preparing for exams, so I think this is a well-rounded guide for beginners. It’s quite long, so I’ve divided it into two parts. Enjoy!

時期・日程はいつがベスト？Best Time to Visit
舞浜は夏暑く、冬寒い。気温を考えると10-11月か3−5月がベスト。
ただ混雑の時期を考えると、11月はクリスマス、3月は春休みで最も混むため、４−5月平日がベストということに。
あとは混雑カレンダー。いくつもあるので、睨めっこして決めました。県民の日とかそういうのも載ってるから助かる。
当日は最高28度と4月にしては暑い日でしたが、それでもほぼ過ごしやすい天気。混み具合もそうでもなかったので、疲れなかった！
「混雑カレンダー 東京ディズニー 」で検索するといくつかカレンダーが出てくるので、それらを比較して決めました。
In Maihama, where Tokyo Disney Resort is, summers are hot, and winters are cold. Considering the weather, the best times are October-November or March-May.
However, considering the crowds, November is busy with Christmas events, and March is crowded due to spring break. Therefore, weekdays in April-May are the best.
We also referred to various crowd calendars to decide. They include special local holidays, which was very helpful.
On the day we went, it was unusually hot for April at 28 degrees, but the weather was generally comfortable. The crowd levels were manageable, so we didn’t get too tired!
By searching for “Tokyo Disneyland crowd calendar,” you can find several calendars to compare.
ランドかシーか？ Disney Land or Sea?
空いてるのはシー。子供向けが多いのはランド。悩んだけれど初めての子連れなのと、Fantasy Springがディズニーシーにオープンしたあとはシーに行きたいので、今のうちにランドに！
DisneySea tends to be less crowded, but Disneyland has more attractions for children. Since it was our first time with kids and we plan to visit DisneySea after Fantasy Springs opens, we decided to go to Disneyland this time!
前泊か後泊か？Stαy a night, before or after?
Dオタ友人は前泊して現地に朝7時前にならぶとのこと。
我らも、前泊＋後泊合わせて２日間泊まろうかなと思ったけれど、
実は4月後半は家族で胃腸炎に苦しみ、前泊の余裕がなくなったという個人的な理由で当日夜泊のみに。
ただ、郊外とはいえ東京住まいなので、別になくてもよかったかも。笑
もちろん当日は出てすぐ寝れて楽ではあった。
A friend who is a Disney enthusiast suggested staying the night before and lining up before 7 AM.
We considered staying for two nights, but due to a family stomach bug in late April, we only stayed the night after our visit.
Since we live in Tokyo suburbs, it wasn’t necessary. However, staying the night was convenient because we could go straight to bed after a long day.

入園待ち予備知識 Entrance Waiting Tips
- 手荷物セキュリティ&入園待ちの列 7時から混み始める
- 待つ場所は、6時代なら両端、それ以降は真ん中がいいらしい。（ハッピーエントリーの人が先に入るから）
- 手荷物検査 7:20始まる
- 開園 8:30-45 （公式は9時。もちろん日による）
我らは、結局８時半くらいにつき9時前には入園してました。レジャーシートを使って5分ほどで、すぐ動き出しました。
待ちの間に、夫が宿泊用の荷物をコインロッカーに預けてきてくれました。
- Security check and queue start getting crowded from 7 AM.
- If you arrive before 6 AM, wait at the edges; after that, aim for the center (those with happy entry get in first).
- Security check starts at 7:20 AM.
- Park opens between 8:30-8:45 AM (officially 9 AM, but varies by day).
We arrived around 8:30 and were inside before 9. We quickly set up with a leisure sheet and started moving within 5 minutes.
While waiting, my husband stored our overnight luggage in a coin locker.

特にDPAは入園すぐしないと売り切れるらしい。我らは美女と野獣に使いました。左に見えてる180分の列をスキップ。
- Disney Premium Access (DPA) reservations (2,000 yen for line skip).
- Priority Pass (old FastPass) reservations (we chose Monsters, Inc.).
- Restaurant reservations or mobile orders.
- Show entry applications.
We booked Beauty and the Beast with DPA right after entering. It’s essential to book quickly, as it sells out fast. We skipped a 180-minute line!
昼寝はどうする？ Nap for a toddler?
結構悩むよね、昼寝場所。
- ベビーカー昼寝の場合 →暗めのレストランに行く。スプラッシュマウンテン横のグランマサラのキッチンなどが暗くてお勧め
- ぐずってホテルに行く場合→このために入口から最短11分のオフィシャルホテル、Hilton Tokyo Bayを予約。
という計画を立てていました。なんと結局、当日2歳は退園ギリまで昼寝せずびっくり！刺激が多くて寝る暇がなかったのでしょう。激しいグズリもそこまでなく、最後はちょっとエレクトリカルパレードを夢見がちで楽しんで、パレード後すぐ寝入りました。
0歳は抱っこ紐で自由に好きなタイミングで睡眠。いつも通りです。笑
This was a big concern.
- Napping in a stroller: Go to a dimly lit restaurant, like Grandma Sara’s Kitchen near Splash Mountain.
- Returning to the hotel: We booked Hilton Tokyo Bay, just an 11-minute walk from the entrance.
Despite our plans, our 2-year-old didn’t nap until almost closing time, likely because there was so much excitement. There were no major tantrums, and she enjoyed the Electrical Parade before falling asleep right after.
The 0-year-old napped freely in the baby carrier, as usual.
授乳は ベビーセンターで? Nursing at the Baby Center?
おむつ替えはどのトイレにもある。男は余計空いてる。
授乳室はワールドバザール（オムツもうってる）と、トゥーンタウンにある。
ただ開園１時間後から閉園２時間前までなど、時間違う。
そしてうちは結局、授乳ケープ代わりのスカーフを使って隠して、レストランやベンチで授乳した。
第二子になるといちいちベビーセンター行ってらんないから、
このやり方が私には一番ちょうどいい。スカーフは大きめのものをチョイス。
Diaper changing stations are in every restroom, and men’s restrooms are usually less crowded.
There are nursing rooms in World Bazaar (also sells diapers) and Toontown.
However, their hours vary, typically from one hour after opening until two hours before closing.
We ended up nursing with a scarf as a cover in restaurants and on benches. With a second child, it’s not practical to go to the Baby Center every time, so this method was perfect for us. Choose a large scarf.
持ち物チェックリスト Updated
- モバイルバッテリー 最近は乗り物も食べ物も来場も全て予約はアプリから。現地でも欠かせない！
- ペットボトル飲み物 子連れだと、自販機並ぶ時間も勿体無いと思ったので。実際自販機も並んでました。
- レジャーシート 朝早く行く人は待ちに使う。われらは夜パレード時に使用。
- タオル ウェットティッシュ
- サイン帳・サインペン キャラクターがサインしてくれると聞いて！正解だった！
- 日傘
- ジップロック 買いすぎた時などに便利。実際、食べきれないフライドポテトを入れて後から食べた
- カメラ
- 日焼け止め・リップクリーム・デオドラントなど
- クレジットカードは１枚多めに。 チケット購入できたカードが当日DPA購入に使えなかった事例もあるそう。人気アトラクションに乗るためには、入園後に１分１秒を争ってクレカ入力が必要なので、替えのクレカも必須！（２枚目のカードを持っていかない場合も、番号がすぐわかるように携帯上にメモしてしておく）
- 秋冬春は、夕方以降予想以上に寒くなるので、もう一枚重ねる服を

それ以外に泊まりグッズも必要。そして最大の武器はそう、おばあちゃん（MY実母）。
Packing Checklist
- Mobile battery: Reservations for rides, meals, and even entrance are all done via the app, so this is essential!
- Bottled drinks: Saves time from waiting in line at vending machines. Also handy for storing leftover drinks from restaurants.
- Leisure sheet: We used it for the nighttime parade.
- Towels and wet wipes.
- Autograph book and pen: Heard that characters sign these! It was a great decision.
- Umbrella for the sun.
- Ziploc bags: Handy for storing uneaten fries to eat later.
- Camera.
- Sunscreen, lip balm, deodorant, etc.
- Extra Credit cards: Some foreign-issued credit cards may not work, even if you’ve successfully purchased tickets online.You’ll need a working card for essential purchases like Disney Premier Access (DPA) or mobile food orders. and you have to do it VERy quick after you get in the park. Timing is critical when securing DPAs for popular rides like Frozen Journey(Disney Sea)!
- For Summer,Bring portable fans, cooling towels, and a sunblock hat for sure.
- For Autumn, Winter, and Spring:Pack layers! The coastal location of Maihama can feel colder than Tokyo city. You can also buy Hokkairo(heat pad) at Disney, but more expensive of course.
For the kids:
- Child sunscreen.
- Drinks.
- Diapers and wipes.
- Wet wipes.
- Baby food/snacks (packed in a backpack).
- Plastic bags (also packed in a backpack).
- Pacifiers/toys (packed in a tote).
- Change of clothes for the day.
- Two baby carriers (since strollers can’t be used in queues, for long waits).
- Stroller.
- Hat.
- Disney sticker book.
- Nursing cover scarf.
- Eco bag.
Additionally, overnight items were needed, so we had more luggage, but we stored half of it in a locker.
The most crucial asset was, of course, grandma (my mom)!
それ以外に泊まりグッズも必要なので、荷物多めでしたが、ロッカーに半分入れました。
